Description
Each 1 g contains:
Sulfamethazine-Na 400 mg
Sulfamerazine-Na 400 mg
Sulfaquinoxaline-Na 200 mg
Chicken:
It is used as an aid in the control of coccidiosis caused by susceptible Eimeria tenella and E. necatrix.
It is also used as an aid in the control of acute fowl cholera caused by susceptible Pasteurella multocida.
Turkeys:
It is used as an aid in the control of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria meleagrimitis and E. adenoeides.
It is also used as an aid in the control of acute fowl cholera caused by susceptible Pasteurella multocida.
Chicken:
– In case of coccidiosis:
Provide medicated (0.04% solution) for 2-3 days , then plain water for 3 days , then medicated water (0.025% solution ) for 2 days. If bloody droppings appear, repeat at 0.025% level for 2 more days.
Do not change litter
Turkeys:
-In case of coccidiosis:
Provide medicated (0.025% solution) for 2 days , then plain water for 3 days , then medicated water (0.025% solution ) for 2 days, then plain water for 3 days, then medicated water (0.025% solution ) for 2 days . Repeat if necessary.
Do not change litter.
Chicken and Turkeys in case of Acute Fowl Cholera:
Provide medicated water (0.04% solution) for 2-3 days.
If disease recurs, repeat treatment.
To prepare 0.04% solution:
– Add 1 kg to 2500 liter of drinking water.
To prepare 0.25% solution:
– Add 1 kg to 4000 liter of drinking water.
– Should not be used in chickens producing eggs for human consumption.
– Should not be used in turkeys producing eggs for human consumption.
Chicken:
Chicken’s meat should not be used during treatment and within 14 days from the last treatment.
Turkeys:
Turkey’s meat should not be used during treatment and within 14 days from the last treatment.
Store in a well closed container, protected from light at a temperature below 30˚ C.
