Scour-X

Each 1 ml contains:

Spectinomycin (as dihydrochloride pentahaydrate)        50 mg

Scour x is used:

– For the prevention of bacterial neonatal disease (e.g. watery mouth disease) in lambs which are at risk of colostrum deprivation.

Administered via oral route directly using the plunger.

Lambs :

1 pump (1 ml) once only as soon as possible after birth.

Each pump of the plunger delivers 1 ml of solution containing 50 mg of spectinomycin.

To ensure a correct dosage, body weight should be determined as accurate as possible to avoid underdosing.

– Do not use in animals with known hypersensitivity to the active ingredient.

– Use with caution in animals suffering from renal damage.

Meat and offal :

Lambs : 10 days

Store in a dark and dry place below 30˚ C.
