Oxy Plus is used for Respiratory and Intestinal infections and in soft tissue infections in Poultry, Lambs and Non-ruminating Calves. Indicated for Pullorum, Chicken Cholera, Fowl typhoid and for Enteritis and Respiratory tract infections caused by sensitive bacteria, especially E.coli and Salmonella in Lambs and Calves.
Lambs: 1 g / 15 kg bodyweight for 3 – 5 days.
Calves: 4 g / 60 kg bodyweight for 3 – 5 days.
Required dosage of Oxy Plus is mixed into the drinking water for animals in the pre-ruminal period, and given to them immediately after mixing with the help of a nursing bottle. Repeat for 3 – 5 days.
Poultry: 400 g / 100 liters of drinking water for chicken at age of (1 – 7) days, repeat daily for 3 – 5 days.
-It should be provided as sole source of drinking water until consumed.
-Fresh drinking water should be given for the rest to the day.
-Oxy Plus should be prepared fresh each day.
– Contraindicated in animals hypersensitive to Oxytetracycline and Neomycin.
– Do not use in Rabbits and Hamster because it may damage their gastrointestinal flora.
– Because Oxytetracycline is a wide spectrum antibiotic, it is not recommended for use in animals with active rumen function as this function may be disturbed.
Poultry: Meat and Eggs: 14 days.
Calves and Lambs: Meat: 10 days.
Store in a dark and humid place at temperature below 30oC.
