1 g Apramycin Sulphate Equivalent to 552,000 IU Apramycin
- Pre-ruminant calves: Treatment of bacterial enteritis caused by Escherichia coli and clinical outbreaks due to Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica serovar Dublin (Salmonella Dublin) susceptible to apramycin. Administer 20,000 IU Apramycin sulfate/kg bodyweight (36 mg of Target AP /kg bodyweight), equivalent to 25-50 g/50 liter of drinking water daily for 5 consecutive days.
Calves:
Administer 40,000 IU Apramycin sulfate/kg bodyweight (72 mg of TARGET AP /kg bodyweight) equivalent to 3.6 g of TARGET AP /50 kg bodyweight daily for 5 consecutive days.
Piglets ( under 120 days of life ) :
Administer 15-25mg\kg body weight or 0.25-0.5g per liter of drinking water.
The amount of product (mg) to be incorporated per 1 liter of water or milk should be established according to the following formula:

Dose (mg product /kg bodyweight /day) × mean bodyweight (kg) of animals to be treated
Average daily water intake (liter/animal)
